[Bug 401960] [NEW] please backport fossology

Public bug reported:

I am the Debian maintainer and part of the upstream team for the
fossology package and I would like to see it available in Ubuntu.
Yesterday StevenK pulled the Debian package into karmic.

Could you please backport fossology 1.1.0-1 to jaunty?

If you run into any problems I would be happy to help get them fixed in
upstream or the Debian source.
