[Bug 320640] [NEW] Please backport strongswan from intrepid or jaunty

Public bug reported:

Apart from many bugfixes (init script fixes, segfaults resolved), newer
strongswan supports AES-CCM and AES-GCM.  The Jaunty version will
additionally get us things like ssh agent support.
