[Bug 320520] [NEW] Dansguardian 2.10 required to fully support NTLM

Please backport Dansguardian Content scanner version 2.10.x to Hardy
LTS.

NTLM support is required to prevent people from sniffing authentication
passwords, the latest versions of Dans on Ubuntu cannot adequatly
support NTLM and SSL , 2.10.x fixes many of these issues, the latest
version as of this request is  2.10.0.3
