Hardy backport requires a source change (There is no debhelper 7 in
Hardy). I have uploaded a test package (1.47-1~hardy1~ppa3) to the
Backports PPA: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-backporters/+archive/ppa

Testers needed for upload to hardy-backports.
