[Bug 494332] [NEW] Please backport qutim 0.2.0-0ubuntu1 from lucid to karmic

Public bug reported:

qutim was removed in Karmic due to inactive upstream, but reintroduced
in Lucid with a new version. I believe version 0.2.0 should be
backported to Karmic to provide its users with an upgrade path.
