[Bug 369350] [NEW] Please backport Ktorrent 3.2.1 from Jaunty to Hardy

Public bug reported:

Ktorrent 3.x version in Hardy repositories is 3.0.1, and the current
stable release (available for Jaunty) is 3.2.1 which includes several
bug fixes and extra features, one of which is an RSS plugin (nonexistent
in 3.0.1).

As an 8.04LTS user, it is important to have the features and the
stability of both the OS (8.04LTS) and the app (Ktorr 3.2.1)
