[Bug 275704] [NEW] Please backport Exult

Public bug reported:

Exult 1.2 Stable was released way back in 2004; since then, the team has
brought the "unstable" release up through 1.4. On top of a huge number
of bugfixes and improvements after over four years of dedicated work, a
core developer has released a pair of 'mods' requiring 1.4 that also
contain vital improvements for the two games Exult recreates.

I am including a tar.gz file that includes the Exult Changelog and the
ReadMe (with changelog) files for the referenced mods, to make it more
clear why I'm requesting 1.4 be made available alongside its ancestor.
