[Bug 274535] [NEW] ACPI Problem with Atom Based Board

OS 8.04 with updates
Kernel 2.6.24-19-41 (in updates), also tried 2.6.24.-21 in proposed

Problem: ACPI - board won't power off from a shutdown (CLI or GNOME).
Screen goes black but machine still draws full idle power (I measured it
with a meter repeatedly to make sure).

Note: Many other problems have been noted with this board. I report
other issues such as NIC, etc working properly (as far as I know) with
updated kernels mentioned above.
