[Bug 289938] [NEW] Please backport gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly from Intrepid to Hardy

In Hardy gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly is version 0.10.7 where as Intrepid
has version 0.10.9

The intrepid version provides better support for dc1394 which I need. I
would prefer remain with Hardy Heron as it is the LTS release.
