[Bug 302987] [NEW] Please backport bzr 1.6 or 1.9

bzr has fixed several bugs, improved performance, and added support for
new formats since the versions in hardy (currently 1.3.1).  See for
instance bug 301592.  It would be nice to backport the current version,
either 1.6 (from hardy) or the current release from
http://launchpad.net/~bzr/+ppa.
