[Bug 301302] [NEW] Please backport pyyaml (3.05-2) and libyaml (0.1.1-1) from Intrepid to Hardy

Public bug reported:

Version 3.05-2 of python-yaml builds against the C libyaml, providing a
substantial speed bump.

libyaml builds cleanly using my Hardy amd64 sbuild environment.

Given the change in build dependencies, it's somewhat hard to test the
pyyaml changes using sbuild directly, so I built the package using
schroot and dpkg-buildpackage, installing the build dependencies by
hand.
