What more information is required?

I can see that the version of Geany in Jaunty is going to be 0.14 , not 0.15

Intrepid too has 0.14
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/intrepid/+source/geany/

What needs to be done to make 0.15 available in Jaunty? Atleast each new
version should have newer version of software available.
