[Bug 296281] [NEW] please backport digikam 0.9.4 from intrepid

Public bug reported:

Please backport DigiKam 0.9.4 from Intrepid to Hardy. This has already
been asked in bug 245867, but that was marked as invalid as Intrepid
hadn't been released at the time.

This might also be the last version of DigiKam released for KDE 3.5,
although I notice that 0.9.5 beta1 has just been announced.
