[Bug 293100] [NEW] Please backport vegastrike

Public bug reported:

The current version of the "vegastrike" package in Hardy is 0.4.3.debian-1ubuntu4.
Version 0.5~svn12126-2 is available in Intrepid.

The Intrepid package depends on some core library versions that aren't
available in Hardy; however, I was able to compile and run version 0.5
of the game successfully from upstream's source, with only the libraries
normally available in Hardy.
