Marking as confirmed. Beta 5 and RC1 build fine on gutsy. Jdong can you please ack this 
Jdong myself and Alexander would like you to back port this to gutsy please, I will ping you on IRC sometime today to see what you want to do. We prefer to have it backported than to add it as security. update
