It builds fine under prevu, it starts correctly but I can't test it
accurately because I haven't a login,,,and in the official repos there
isn't the server package for webissues

P.S. there is an error with the manual because it searches
/usr/share/doc/webissues/index.html, but it is in
/usr/share/doc/webissues/html/index.html
