gutsy-backports has virt-manager 0.5.3-0ubuntu6~gutsy1 which is not
installable :

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  virt-manager: Depends: python-virtinst but it is not installable
                Depends: python-gtk-vnc but it is not installable

as a side note :
virt-manager 0.5.4 was released on Monday Mar 10th, 2008 but Hardy still has 0.5.3-0ubuntu8
