[Bug 205877] [NEW] Is it possible to backport mythtv 0.21 to dapper from hardy or gutsy-backports?

Public bug reported:

I was wondering if it is possible to backport mythtv to dapper (or if
there are any plans to do so).  0.21 is currently in gutsy-backports,
and I believe the hardy repos as well.  Dapper-backports currently has
0.20.2 ( the schedules direct update).  If this is at all possible, it
would be appreciated.  If not, (if mysql versions in dapper and required
for myth 0.21 are different or something like that), I would also
appreciate knowing what the specific issue is for my own curiosity.
