[Bug 201290] [NEW] Please backport libportaudio2 19+svn20071207-0ubuntu3 from Hardy

Public bug reported:

This fixes JACK support which was erroneously disabled on amd64 in the
Gutsy package. (All amd64 Gutsy users which used PortAudio-v19 lost
support for JACK because of this.) This problem has been fixed in the
latest upload to Hardy, and many Gutsy users would appreciate the fix
too.
