  Please backport rtorrent (0.7.9-1) from Hardy. Gutsy contains
  0.7.4-2ubuntu2 whereas Hardy contains 0.7.9-1.
  
- PEX (peer exchange) was recently implemented in rTorrent
- rTorrent can now be controlled via XML-RPC over SCGI.
- 
- "max_uploads_global = value, max_downloads_global = value" doesn't seem
- to work in Gutsy's rtorrent
