[Bug 193856] Re: transmission 1.0.5 doesn't set window icon properly

I downloaded the dsc file from packages.ubuntu.com and built it using
dpkg-buildpackage -uc -us -rfakeroot. The resulting package still has
this bug.

Maybe this is related? I noticed that the transmission package is
missing files in /usr/share/icons.
