[Bug 197512] [NEW] Please Backport Pulseaudio v0.9.9

Public bug reported:

pretty much the main reason for the back port request is for this and
the jackd sink and source that became part of pulseaudio to be
installed, and it's worth noting that so far all the tools that i have
for pulse are not broken by installing the updated version of
pulseaudio. At least from my tests with the source download from their
website.
