[Bug 244135] [NEW] Please backport GNU Solfege

Public bug reported:

Gnu Solfege is a a great ear training program. Version in hardy is 3.9.3, which has an annoying documented bug. See https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/solfege/+bug/206093. A newer version is already in Intrepid (3.10.3-1). This is not the latest version, but it fixes the bug. Latest version in their home page (http://www.solfege.org/) is 3.10.4
