[Bug 240740] [NEW] Please backport Purrr from Intrepid

Please backport purrr 0.8~prerelease-0ubuntu1 from Intrepid. It has no
rdepends so wont affect other packages. This update gives more
functionality and stability (new upstream release) but not enough to
warrant an SRU (especially in an LTS release). It builds perfectly in
prevu.
