[Bug 239436] [NEW] ManEdit 1.1.1

Public bug reported:

The latest debian is 0.5.3, the latest in the Ubuntu repositories is
0.8.1, the page is down but the sources for 1.1.1 can be downloaded from
various points. 0.8.1 is unusable on my 8.04 system as it crashes when
it tries to create a new man page.
