[Bug 245867] [NEW] Please backport digikam 0.9.4 from upstream to Hardy

Digikam release 0.9.4 is the final release for kde 3.5.x that can be
backported to Hardy, future releases are kde 4 only.

It solves a host of known issues and adds many cool new features.

Please backport this to Hardy. 0.9.4.RC1 is already out. 0.9.4 Final is
due in a week.
