[Bug 194803] [NEW] Please backport openbox 3.4.6.1-0ubuntu1 and obconf 2.0.3-0ubuntu1

Public bug reported:

Please backport openbox 3.4.6.1-0ubuntu1 and obconf  2.0.3-0ubuntu1.

Those package build fine in a pbuilder and are available in my ppa. I did the following testcases on two different computers:
- a new install of openbox and obconf from scratch: worked fine.
- an update of openbox and obocnf on a computer where openbox 3.4.4 and obconf 2.0.2 where installed: went smoothly and I do not find any issues.

This seems to be a safe backport, it would be nice to have this new
version of openbox available.
