[Bug 193856] [NEW] transmission 1.0.5 doesn't set window icon properly

Public bug reported:

I first reported this to the transmission people, it seems like it might
be a packaging bug.

As there are no changes in the backport from the package in hardy, this
bug probably is also in the hardy package as well.

It seems like we're not packaging new transmission icon files
(http://trac.transmissionbt.com/browser/trunk/gtk/icons).
