I tried to backport nted, but got some errors:

first here:

$ dpkg-source -x nted_1.4.15-1.dsc
gpg: Signature made Wed 12 Nov 2008 22:38:04 GMT using DSA key ID 30825345
gpg: Can't check signature: public key not found
dpkg-source: extracting nted in nted-1.4.15
dpkg-source: info: unpacking nted_1.4.15.orig.tar.gz
dpkg-source: info: applying nted_1.4.15-1.diff.gz

And then:

$ debuild -S && pbuilder build ../nted_1.4.15_backports.dsc
