[Bug 262460] [NEW] Please backport dkms 2.0.20.4

Yes, I am the dkms maintainer, and there are a lot of bugfixes that I
wanted to make available to hardy users more easily. Remember that
backports are an optin type of system, even if there were things that
came up as problems for some users, they would only affect those who
enabled backports.
