[Bug 248641] Re: Please backport Sound Converter 1.3.1

Since this backport request was opened, sound conveter 1.3.2 was made
available. I was able to build and install, but it bombed out with this
error on run

(soundconverter:11358): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library.

locale.Error: unsupported locale setting


It looks like this may be an issue with my local setup, can someone else reconfirm? Marking Incomplete until someone else can confirm or deny this issue.
