[Bug 258445] [NEW] Please backport zaptel and asterisk from Intrepid

The versions of Zaptel and Asterisk in Intrepid contain a bugfix for a
toneduration problem (asterisk bug id 0012456) and also uses the OSLEC
echo canceler by default.  Please consider backporting.
