The package seems not to work corrctly here? I installed your deb package but:
laptop:~$ tor --version
Sep 02 11:17:08.878 [notice] Tor v0.1.2.14. This is experimental software. Do not rely on it for strong anonymity.
Tor version 0.1.2.14.

Shows still the outdated version of tor! And I'm still getting the warnings:
Sep 02 11:13:47.464 [Warnung] Please upgrade! This version of Tor (0.1.2.14) is obsolete, according to 3/3 version-listing network statuses. Versions recommended by at least 1 authority are: 0.1.2.17, 0.2.0.6-alpha
