[Bug 117794] Backport of clamtk 2.32-1 from Gutsy to Feisty

Public bug reported:

The clamtk 2.31 package in Feisty is essentially non-funcitonal with the
current clamav in Feisty.  I pbuilt 2.32-1 in a Feisty pbuilder and
installed it.  I confirmed that it works correctly (far better than 2.31
- it can actually find the clamav test virus files).

 clamtk  (2.32-1) unstable; urgency=low

   * Initial Debian release (Closes: #316781)
