[Bug 57736] Backport OpenSSL 0.9.8 (padlock support)

I'l like to ask for a backport of OpenSSL 0.9.8 as it adds support to
the VIA Padlock engine:

It is reported in launchpad as bug 57736.
Is it possilble?
