[Bug 116658] Please backport pbuilder 0.166ubuntu1 from Gutsy

Public bug reported:

The changelog notes loads of bugs fixed. The new version builds cleanly
in a Feisty amd64 pbuilder (what else?) and runs without problems. The
only caveat is that this version uses "gutsy" as the default
distribution instead of "feisty", but that shouldn't be a problem for
upgraders since the pbuilderrc conffile isn't overwritten by default.
