[Bug 115223] Please backport Wengophone 2.1 to Feisty

Public bug reported:

Final version of Wengophone 2.1 was released on the 15th of May. This
new version turns Wengophone (http://www.openwengo.org ), a cross-
protocol IM client, into a fully fledged SIP client, as any SIP account
can now be used. It would be great to have it in Feisty. Thank you!
