[Bug 113877] Please backport gcstar 1.1.1

Public bug reported:

Due to changes on the Amazon web site, the plugins from Feisty no longer
work properly. Updated plugins are only available for GCstar 1.1.1
(latest version). At least for books collections that is really bad news
since one has only two options: the Alapage(FR) site and the non working
Amazon.
