Yes, for feisty Universe, I packaged a french software called encadre-
image, which permit some mass picture treatment and management.

Encadre image is a program which allow you :
- to add an unlimited number of frames on a jpeg picture
- to add a signature
- to automaticaly create a tree for PhpWebGallery
- to create a tree of your choice (with picture resize)

So I think it will be a usefull and good backport.

I already made a "unofficial" backport and uploaded it on my own
repository called the "dépomaniak".
