[Bug 122995] Backport of netbeans5.5 (5.5.1-2) from Gutsy to Feisty

Public bug reported:

We had problem with redistribution constraint in license. We updated
license so that package can be installed as any other package without
preinstall manual step. To install current version 0.59 in Feisty user
has to first download NetBeans 5.5 tar.gz to /tmp. Now all data are
present in package. We also updated upstream version from NetBeans 5.5
to NetBeans 5.5.1. Thanks.
