[Bug 80277] Please backport jackd to 0.102.20-1

Greetings:

This submittal is in response to a request from bishiboosh.  Can you
also backport the dev package because I will need it to compile a
program that requires the updated version.

If this goes well and the program (DINO http://www.nongnu.org/dino/)
works good,  I will submit it as an add for ubuntustudio and try to make
a package for it.
