[Bug 80246] Please backport xournal from feisty to edgy

Public bug reported:

On tablet PCs a journal-alike software is necessary. Xournal is
comfortable, can annotate PDFs and, more important, is already in
feisty. Builds installs and runs in prevu without problems, and also
install an appropriate mimetype which must be created by hand since xoj
file are zip files renamed and hence recognized by gnome as archives.
