[Bug 78798] backport ejabberd from feisty to dapper

Public bug reported:

ejabberd 1.0.0 in dapper has some issues with ldap authentication, which
has been fixed in later releases. I successfully used prevu to create
the ejabberd-1.1.2-4 package from feisty, the only change that was
needed was to change the 'erlang-nox' and 'erlang-dev' dependency back
to just 'erlang'.
