[Bug 86591] Please backport Apache 2.2.3 to Edgy

Please backport Apache 2.2.3 to Edgy.  Apparently there is something in
Edgy that breaks my app.  It worked before I upgraded to Edgy.  Rather
than lingering in the past, I'm ready to move on to Apache 2.2 please.
