[Bug 132519] Please backport gnome 2.19 from gutsy to feisty.

Public bug reported:

the main reason i have for back porting this is to hopefully fix some of
the bugs related to the gnome-panel eating up too much memory... when i
leave the system running for hours on end it slowly increases memory
usage until i haft to kill the application.
