[Bug 130612] amarok 1.4.6 fails to submit to last.fm

Public bug reported:

When a track is played in Amarok, the following message appears in the information field on the bottom of the screen:
  Failed to submit several tracks to last.fm.

No tracks are reported to the last.fm site.
I haven't made any changes to the Amarok configuration, that I'm aware of. I've checked "Improve my profile by submitting the tracks I play", and "Retrieve similar artists".

The Context/Music tab shows some related artists. Do they come from
last.fm? If so, not everything regarding last.fm is broken.
