[Bug 130107] backport rdiff-backup

Public bug reported:

The current feisty (1.1.5) rdiff-backup contains a serious bug.
When a backup is not completed correctly, any subsequent backup will fail.

Please backport version 1.1.12 to feisty which contains the fix:

rdiff-backup  (1.1.12-1) unstable; urgency=low

   * New upstream release:
     - Doesn't crash if previous backup failed

** Affects: feisty-backports (upstream)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
