[Bug 129641] please backport bzr 0.18 from gutsy to feisty

The version 0.15 of bzr has some annoying bugs, and lacks very
interesting features available in 0.18, would it please be possible to
backport bzr 0.18 and its relevant plugins to Feisty ?
