And you're rejecting this (perfectly valid) request because it's not
done via the right channel?  What *is* the right channel, if I've done
something wrong?  What is "SRU"?  And why are you simply unilaterally
rejecting this request for something that needs to be done, simply
because it's not "SRU" ?
