[Bug 61843] Gutenprint (good quality printer drivers for Linux) are out of date in Ubuntu Dapper (6.06)

Please backport Gutenprint 5.0.0 final to dapper-backports, it was released ~2 months ago and is available in Ubuntu Edgy.
I've recompiled Gutenprint 5.0.0 final from Ubuntu Edgy sources on Dapper without any changes to sources, backported packages you can download from
ftp://ftp.akl.lt/Linux/Baltix/Baltix-Ubuntu_packages/gutenprint/

Even Debian testing now has gutenprint 5.0.0 stable, why Ubuntu Dapper
should have buggy 5.0rc2 ?

In final 5.0.0 release lots of bugs are fixed comparing to buggy 5.0rc2,
for example Canon PIXMA iP4000 doesn't work in Ubuntu Dapper now, but
works fine with gutenprint from Edgy, look at bug #37985
